A 20 min full body stretch to wake up and give yourself and energy boost in the morning! Perfect practice for beginners. Catherine: This was the first video of yours that I watched and participated in. Since then I've done 4 other of your videos. I enjoy your reminders, advice, and personality. Watching your videos is helping me. I recently had my 2nd baby and am slowly starting to get back into a fitness routine. Since your videos are small space friendly I can do them in my den, which is perfect for my lifestyle. Thank you for posting all of these videos. I'm slowly making my way through them. Love from Georgia, USA.

Your eneergy and positivity are are where I nee to be but this was not MY morning activation yoga. Not for beginners. Needs a Pre-stretch to go at this pace and intensity. This is moderate and needs proper practice in breathing for the speed you are going. Coming back from a LONG break and needed more breathing and transitioning. Also sound dampening would be a good investment. Look forward to coming back once I'm past being a beginner again.

I'm dying! Lol first time ever doing yoga and I loved it. Thank you for this video. In middle school I ran a mile in 6 min. I've been fit and skinny my whole life. Even at 32 I still am, but WOW I have so much tension and not as flexible as I was when I was younger. Been doing Wim Hof breathwork and cold showers, Dr. Joe's books and meditation, eating better, sleeping better, but yoga is on another level!

Hi, thank you for this. I was fit and happy, then I got sick and now to 10months in, I need to restart from the beginning. Bit upsetting really. But I started first time with yoga and stretches, this gives me motivation to carry on! All of you who are suffering to keep it up, do it! Just keep doing the best you can. Every day. And you WILL see that precious progress. Love and light x

Thank you. This is really helping me during the Corona quarantine. My stress level has decreased and that's the most important thing for me. My lower back pain has decreased and I can almost do all of the poses after 3 weeks 3x a week. I'm determined to get good at them all. I'm 65 years old and I have two titanium knees and I'm amazed that I can do anything at all!

Hi Maddie. Thanks for your help with this lovely morning routine. I was suffering from morning headaches and since I start this yoga I feel so good. No more headache and I feel so positive. Can you please advice me which exercise I need to start after this. I'm doing this yoga from last month.
Thank you

Aaaand that is it, my friends. =] whenever I hear that, it just brings it all together. I have been practicing this yoga stretch every morning. I jumped in right now for a yoga sesh because I felt like my menstrual pains were bothering me a bit too much. This video also helps me with those issues.

ive just started to do yoga and i really like your routines ive started to do them every night before bed and every morning! however, i had back surgery a few years ago so i cant exactly stretch my back or do the cobra pose. i was wondering if you could show a routine that doesnt stretch your back?
