Your workouts are getting me in the best of my life AND Im never bored. Im a dancer so its awesome to be able to workout like this! The music, the moves, its intense but I love it! Keep these coming.

I would love to see a longer, veeery sweaty, typical cardio workout to burn a lot of fat: ) like 30 minutes or longer! Just a suggestion, but I think it would be awesome and soething new! :D

Another quick dancer arms workout to Latch! The goal with this workout is to keep your arms STRONG, your elbows lifted, and don't drop your arms the entire time! How'd you guys like this one?
