10 min Intense six pack workout #02 Tiffany: This was a great weighted ab workout! It was a challenge toward the end but I didnt feel like it was over the top, like I want to quit sort of thing. Maddie, could you please give any helpful hints to those of us who are struggling with our necks trying to weasel their way into the workout. I consciously try to keep it out of things but it ends up getting so tired that I have a difficult time focusing on my abs. ;/ Any help you can offer would be great! I use your workouts always and enjoy them thoroughly. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your intense workouts! At first, it was really hard for me to handle you previous 15min abdominal workout (posted a month ago, but now I have mastered it. Today it war difficult for me to do this one especially because my hands are weak, but I believe I will get used to it. By the way, I am from Russia and have been working out with you for 3 months on everyday basis since the middle of June. I like the process and the results much more than those from attending the gym 2-3 times a week. Good luck

I tried to do it today. Very good, my belly is burning! But it wasn't easy at all and I'm pretty sure that I looked ridiculous doing most of these execises, LOL. The only thing I wish is that there wasn't so many exercises where we have to put so much pressure one the butt area (coccyx area, to be more clear) because I've had pylonidal cyst surgery many years ago and I'm alway affraid that the scar will open (like it happening to me in 2016 when exercising.

I've been doing your workouts for a few months now and I already see the difference in my strength. I no longer get backaches when I stand for too long and that for me is huge as I struggled with back problems in high school to the point where I had to lay down after going to the mall because of sharp back pain. Turns out I had very weak lower abs and glutes. I also learned how to engage my lower abs when I exercise from one of your videos. So thank you!

Hi, Maddie, big fan of your workouts for years now. I was just wondering, maybe you can make a month-long guide/schedule of some sort (like a compilation guide of videos we can do back to back) to achieve certain results? It's awesome that you have a ton of videos available that we can choose from but sometimes it can be hard choosing which ones are great to pair with other vids that suit our goals. Hope you consider it. Thank you!

Hey there so I really like your workouts! But something that would really help me personally is making a sort of two week or month schedule. because I am fine with working out I just want a good routine of the most effective order and which ones to do in a day and over the course of some time to feel the best and see visible results particularly in abs and arm and then booty and leg building.

I really wanted to work on myself in lockdown and as a dancer it is critical to stay in shape, these videos have helped me achieve that! My arm and back muscles are incredible and have completely transformed! My abs are becoming more visible day by day and the rest of my body is massively toned, I have to thank you for that.

I used 10, 5, 6 pound dumbbells and I used each one of them depending on the exercise. I did 2 rounds of this and I am sweating and burning! I have been doing your workouts for almost 3 years now! SO I guess when you started! I am 12 years old now and my body feels great and amazing! Thanks to you my body is fit and muscular!

I just wanted to thank you so much for not marketing your content with potential damaging messages like flat belly or perfect summer body! As someone with a long history of disordered eating, I know I can rely on you to focus on strength and trusting your body without marketing a certain physical appearance!

Maddie, this is probably my FAVOURITE workout from you (yeah, you heard it, favourite LOL) It was a KILLER, but wow. It was fun. Love that it wasn't the basic 45 sec on 15 sec off. These 30 sec were great. And it's super super great, that it's only 10 min. I mean, you can do this every day, everywhere.
