I did the warmup, a booty workout, this one, and now cool down. its the perfect way to make my workouts in about an hour. but I end up completely drenched an wake up sore. Love them! I don't like high impact crazy running workouts and yours are the perfect amount of tough but kind to the body. Thank you.

Can anyone recommend a good brand of resistant bands? I've never used them before. I ordered some fabric ones as I read the latex rolled and 10 minutes after receiving them I pulled it to see how strong it was, and it fell apart, the stitching was faulty. It's put me off buying anymore, but I really want to use them

Please do song workouts, but knee friendly. I love your workouts with dancing to the beat of the music, but in almost every workout my knee hurts and I can't finish the exercises. The worst exercises for me are lunges. Maybe do some begginers song workout?
Sorry for possible mistakes, I'm learning english.

YES THANK YOU SO MUCH! I don't have dumbbells at home, only resistance bands, so I've been bummed bc I couldn't follow along those workouts and I didn't have much fun doing workouts on my own. I'm so so so grateful for this! I love working out with you! PLEASE DO MORE! Much love!

This is such a great workout! I did it yesterday once I saw it posted. Was so excited cos I have the exact same band at home. I did one of your 10 minute ab workouts and stretch routines after. Definitely coming back to this video again.

I just figured out what I need: a 5 or 6 part video series that starts with super beginner workouts and each workout gradually increases in difficulty/intensity with each new video! It'd be cool to follow that series as it comes out.

Could anyone tell me if it would be possible doing this workout using weights instead? I don't own resistance bands but I like these type of arm exercises, though. Would the intensity and the effects be similar?
