It was really fun doing this workout. but usually when I do or anyone do these workout sometimes they feels pain in their muscles so. it will be helpful if you do some exercises for pain relief or our body parts such guilt or kneess or back

Can you do one of these tone, build & define with dumbells for chest, biceps and triceps? (That way you can do a complete upper body day with this one and the shoulder one aswell)

What is the wright of the biggest dumbell may i ask? I use 5Kg which are way too light am sure. Are you using 10Kg's or 15Kg's? Or dare i suggest even 20Kg's? :O

The W lifts really do some damage after a few sets but they are great, I usually do them seated, is it better off doing so standing instead?
