I was going to do her 30 minute full body hiit today but I was kind of dreading it because some of the weighted workout moves require two dumbbells and I only have a 10 pound barbel plate and a single 20 pound dumbbell. I need to get myself a pair of 10 pound dumbbells so that I can allow both my arms to work separately but together. I will do this workout later today because it looks like I can use what I have!

I've literally exclusively done your workouts almost everyday for 2 months now - obviously I LOVE your videos! But I wish you could remind and describe more about what you're supposed to feel and where in ur body when doing certain moves. I hope that makes sense. It would really help us beginners! Xx

I always wonder if this type of workout is considered as cardio workout? Cam someone answer me? I always prefer this type of workout but my doctor said I need to do more cardio workout, I don t like jogging at all.

Thankyou maddie i don't have weights so can i use. Filled water bottles? Like m only 13 so do i really need to do it or can i just do bodyweight as my coach said to not to lift weights. Pls suggest

That sculpted Gluteus Maximus pair you have. Will have to be careful with lunges because of my knees. But everything else seems low impact on joints. Thank you
