A 10 min no-equipment, at home, jump, cardio workout! sport: I have been following your work-outs since March, I try and do at least 3/4 a week. I'm becoming so much stronger, fitter and more toned.
I like the variety of your videos, I especially love dancing, so I really enjoy your short dance videos as well as the 15 minute ones (2000s is my favourite.
I was thinking it would be really cool if you did an 80s dance workout, with 80s style exercises! (just a suggestion.
I'm pretty certain that your videos have helped so many people's mental health as well as physical health during lockdown. Thankyou Maddie!
