So I was taking this for about 6 weeks. At some point I added ashwagangda to it and noticed if i didn't take this combo on a full stomach i got nauseous.
So i put it off till later in the day and made sure i ate. Usually it was fine
I was seeing good results. I felt better and definitely feel like i added some mass
Then i started to develop urinary issues. I figured it had to be that. I immediately stopped taking it and the symptoms went away in about 4-5 days
It sucks because i really did feel a difference when taking this supplement which is rare as far as supplements go.
I should mention i didn't take a large dose and Im 48 years old

It does work but taking it long-term daily is not effective as your body eventually builds tolerance to it, so it is best to cycle it. The most advantageous cycle has yet to be determined and appears to vary from one person to another. Some say a 2-week on 1-week off benefit them, others 20 days on 10 days off.
It can also cause Insomnia, so make sure you don't take it before bedtime.
LJ-100 is another product with similar effects, it is basically a much more potent and concentrated version of Tongkat-Ali, and thus you only need 100-200mg of it 3-4 times a week.

Works great but I stopped it when I saw it can cause liver/kidney failure. perhaps may have been fadogia agrestis idk. One study and in mice but that was enough for me

Where can you get products that are real. I have read there are lots of brands that do not have 50% of stated levels and some with 0%.
