For everyone wondering if this strategy even works. I found this out on accident and it actually does. I couldnt eat over 400 calories in the morning and i forced myself to get over 1000 every morning and it became a habit.

But working out draws all the blood from your digestive system into the muscles, killing your appetite. I have NEVER felt hungry after exercise.

Shakes are a great way to get the calories in. I can get nearly 1000 calories in a shake. Boom! Great video Bro, keep it up.
