To lose belly fat you lose overall body weight and exercise. But how do you lose belly fat if you can-t lose any more weight?
At 123 pounds my weight is as low as it can go. Any lower and I look thin and in poor health. But I want to lose some of this belly. How do I do this and still stay at 123 pounds?
