Choose to do -big six-, should i figure calories 16 times my good weight, 200lbs and do workout? Also, are you talking full body with big 6, 6 exercizes every other day or chest, push/pull one day then press/lats next day, ie 2 exercizes daily? Thanks

I hear what your sayin but you gotta have some time to recover and also your going to tire yourself out and won-t be able to left that much I do a push pull leg split and do low reps high volume and it works great for me cause my body has time to recover
