I weigh 172 and I feel a little skinny not gonna lie. some of yall ectomorphs here weigh less than half of what I weigh so it would be understandable if yall think I dont need to gain. but I feel like I need about 20 more lbs of muscle. so im going for 190. I really hope this helps.

Im 15 and 132 pounds/60kg, i started bulking yesterday and im aiming for 165. Its getting harder and harder to eat this much. I haven't tried a shake yet. Will update in a month just in case anyone wants to know if it works(i consume about 3500 calories every day)

1. Peanut butter - 2 peanut butter sandwiches or 2 spoons full of peanut butter in your shake
2. Dry fruit - banana dry fruit
3. Multi grain pasta
4. Milk very high in calories try to drink milk always
Bonus: oatmeal

Peanut butter is very high in fat bananas have a high amount of suger and pasta is pure carb there-s better diets out there that don-t include you shoving down mass amounts of peanut fat which is horrible on your arteries

Thank you. This Video helps a lot.
I'm very skinny and have been doing relatively active sports for a year. Will come back in a year and tell me how my progress is. (Weight: 65 kg, height: 183 cm)

according to three or 4 different calorie counting apps, i need to be having about 3, 300-3, 500 calories a day to gain 0. 5lbs per week which is freakin crazy (i-m 6-3 160 lbs)

1 cup steel cut oats is 800 calories. Add milk, and peanut butter. Easily a 1400 calorie breakfast. Make you own homemade peanut butter for a healthier option
