So what i do is i smoke dabs (weed bud extract) before and after the gym workouts and i kick ass dancing around workout. What i notice is 2 things in a gym first people spend more time phone fiddling then working out, no focus you got to be like rambo on a mission at the gym. And two people lift squirrel turds at the gym just buy a box of q-tips call it your home gym and stay home. You got to lift heavy dam weights rep range of like 7-5-3-1. its really simple. you cant use a age number cause the young guns are so pathetic im 50 and will out work any young gun bake out of my mind.

2-3 exercises per muscle performed 3 times per week. Only one hard and heavy working set per exercise, 5-8 Reps to failure. Focus on good Form and max mechanical tension. Follow a strict diet, oats, chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, green vegetables, lean ground beef, Steaks, lots of eggs and water. No sugar, no alcohol, no junk food no cheatmeals. Keep stress level low and get plenty of sleep. Thats what worked wonders on me. 60 and feeling younger than ever

The harsh truth I have come to realize I have to choose whether I want to look good in my clothes or out of my clothes when I lean up and get shredded then put on clothes, you can hardly tell I workout and when I bulk up I look amazing in clothes but look plump and round when I take them off

Yeah, lol nah, I'm 45 and just hit a 500lb hex bar deadlift. Squat's at 415, and I'm pushing for a 315 bench all in just 3 years! Never lifted before. Check out some of my short vids if you don't believe me. Age is just an number and excuse.

I am so confused. Half these videos tell you the same shit about the same exercise, one says its good for you the other says its not. I think they are all full of shit. Just eat right and burn calories. Lift weights, pretty simple.

If you’re not going up 5-10 pounds per month in the weight used, you’re not pushing hard enough. If you’re not sweating, you’re not pushing hard enough. This isn’t a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. Better, stronger, faster.

where are the actual details of these so called studies where, when, why and who What were the actual hard numbers and where can I go find the peer reviews of them Other than that, I call conformation bias to suit your agender.

There is irony in him warning against barbell squats. I'm into week 3 is his over 40 muscle building program which is great. The ironic part is that the squat both BB and Smith machine is the basis for the push days.

I am 49 and have been working out intensely and heavy for 30 years. My only problem is bad superspinatus tendons that come and go depending on what I do. I still do heavy squats and deadlifts with no issues at all.

When you talk about people over 40 why do you put pictures of people that look 90 People at 45 or 50 or 55 have much more in common with a 35 year old than a 75 or 80 years old.

I need a strategy for over 65, it's getting harder and harder to just maintain the strength I have. HELP , I hate the weak ass old man meme.

I’ve put together a great stretch and calisthenics routine. Takes about 20 minutes total or it can be broken down into 5 or 10 minute routines.

New studies have shown going to failure offers little benefits or difference in gains so stop trying to go to failure and messing up your joints

How do I get 7 to 9 hours of sleep Nodding off is not a problem but I usually wake up 5 or 6 hours later feeling as fresh as a daisy.

I really like these videos but the music is always so shitty, distracting and annoying. The speech cadence bothers me quite a bit also.
