Bench Press PR - 2 Weeks Out - Week 14 Cutting Update
TheCloudystorm: Great stuff! Question for you: Hypothetically lets say when I start a cut Im doing squats 3x5 at 225 lbs. Throughout the cut should I continue to push for strength gains? And perhaps when the time comes that I can longer make 3x5 at a certain weight, would you recommend dropping the weight to maintain 3x5 or dropping sets/reps? Date: 2022-04-12
