How to Build an Aesthetic Physique Despite Genetics Tristan: I am 13 and I started lifting about 2 months ago and before that I did body weight and swimming. My chest looks great in my opinion, and so do my triceps, making my delts look really small. I still want to work chest but I want my delts and biceps to catch up too though.
Also, when I work my lats, I don't feel it in my back, I feel it only in my biceps. Any tips would be appreciated.

These are some good tips. Me personally, I don't believe I have the best genetics but I do have certain areas where I'm stronger at than others but i also kept working on my weak areas. I'd say I owe it more to being in the right training program and being consistent. Again, great video. Subbed.

This very true my chest, traps, and forearms grow way way more than my biceps, shoulders do even when I train biceps or shoulders extra. I have a pretty thin waste though and naturally wide shoulders so it kinda hides my smaller shoulders cause of my more v shape look.

Another great video. thanks. im not to that point yet. Ive only been going hard in the gym for about 6 months and i am 45 years old. Im still trying to build that all around muscle, but should i ever get there, this has helped.

I am 6ft 184 pounds 14% body fat I am cutting I am currently on 2294 calories doing a 40 40 20 split. When stop losing weight do I just lessen my carbs?
