Calculate your calories: 14 x your bodyweight = Daily caloric intake 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, 20% Fats 2. Train weight weights: Use it or lose it! 3. Carbohydrate Timing: Meal Schedule Example: Meal 1: Fats and Protein Meal 2: Protein and Carbs Meal 3: Protein and Carbs Meal 4: Protein and Carbs Meal 5: Protein and Carbs Meal 6: Fats and Protein 4. Meat and Nuts Breakfast: Excluding carbs from breakfast will increase mental focus, curve cravings, and decrease body fat. 5. Afterburn Training: HIIT, Circuit Training, and Weight Training LD. Tube: that shouldn't be a problem, unless you're very skinny and hence you don't need to lose weight, you will have enough muscle already to look decent and definitely better at 12-10% bodyfat, then once you got there you can resume bulking slowly to build even more muscle

Hi, the macro nutrients you have mentioned, do they stay the same for all body types? I'm endo in the sense that I put on body fat very very easily if I start taking carbs. And I'm may partly ecto as I cant put muscle for the life of me. I'm on atkins type diet. less than 10 gm carbs a day. my protien intake is about 150 gms (i weight 140 lbs, 5 ft 8 in, 33 years old. I'm now 17% body fat but I dont have a lot of muscle. I want to increase muscle but dont want to get fat. Please help.

I failed to keep my arm's muscles when burning belly fat. I am able to see my abs when my wight drops to 74 kilos, my height is 1. 81 cm, but over 74 kilos my belly shows up with my arm's muscles too. Plz help, what should I do?
