Push/Pull/OFF/Lower/OFF Repeat I actually enjoy and not dread doing more volume but I feel I cant do 3on1 off If I'm working out that way. So is giving 96 hours rest ok instead of the 72. Like I said I'm doing the samething but I'm doing more volume and I'm still newer to training but enjoy this routine as it allows me to hit the body part almost like a bro split but I got 96 hours before I hit it again. Still more frequency then bro split

This is a very good workout routine. However, I would recommend it done this way instead.

Wednesday-Legs A
Tuesday-Push B
Friday-Pull B
Saturday-Legs B
Sunday-Rest
What makes this more effective is that you'll be switching up the grips.

Biceps and triceps on the same day? I've been told that if its done on the same day, size of the arms reduce. Let me know if I've been misguided. Cheers
