Muscle Building Grocery List for Skinny Guys Chyna: Wow calories don't do nothing an all there protein shake shit suck they don't work didn't gain no weight off shakes you can do this diet an not gain anything I eat like this all the time an I weight 90 lbs I'm 5 1 I don't know why but the best way ensure but you have to stay to lower calories more carbs lots an lots of carbs because calories break down east just by walking etc carbs have to break down into calories then break down if you do high calories an your physically active you will not gain any weight the diet does not have vitamins need vitamins I have tried this diet but ya it doesn't work I was literally eating 6 scramble eggs in the morning 2 to 3 cups of milk 2 bagels and chicken and pasta an spegatii an of course I would eat anything else that had carbs in it through out the day an I'm talking about at dinner I would eat 3 plates until I would puke no weight gain ever happen till I drank ensure an the good ones come in like the cans not the bottles an before the ensure I was trying protein shakes an everything mixing with milk 2 scoops an didn't gain nothing but drinking the ensure always helped me gain an at the time I weighed 80 pounds an I was eating 6 to 7 meals a day along with protein shakes it depends on the vitamins for skinny people an only carbs that means you got to make lasagna an lots

Considering this list of groceries with regard to weight training, I'd substitute (and in a few cases, add) the following foods:
-Bread with Quinoa
-Bagels with Amaranth
-Hamburger Buns with Buckwheat Groats
-Red Potatoes with Sweet Potatoes
-Wheat Thins with Garlic Hummus
-Tilapia with Wild Caught Salmon
-Add Pasture Raised Eggs
-Add Broccoli and Spinach
-Add Walnuts, rotate different shopping trips with Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds, Pistachios, etc.
Of course, my diet tends to be a bit heavier on dark leafy greens and colorful veggies, cooked veggies (onion, shallot, asparagus, carrots, etc, berries/lower sugar fruits, nuts/seeds, red meat, and herbs/spices, lower amounts of grains and beans, hardly any dairy, and I get my eggs, fish, and poultry in there as well, definitely. I do eat quite a fair amount of organic chicken.

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake.
