Push Workout: Shoulders, Chest, and Triceps - Power + Hypertrophy Neil: Whats your opinion about this routine I was thinking of?
Mon - Chest
Tues - Arms
Wed - Shoulders and Back
Thu - Legs
Fri - Off
Saturday - Full Body Workout
Sunday - Off
I like to make sure my muscles hit twice a week and I was thinking that with this I could give attention to lagging muscles, and also make sure I aren't waiting too long to hit them again.
Thanks man. Another great vid by the way.

I will certainly make a video on that topic: ) But in case you need it now, go to my website and scroll down a few articles to find the post I wrote on how to calculate cutting macros. To answer your question, that is impossible simply because your Macronutrients are what make up your calories. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for watching!

Focus less on gripping the DB so hard and more so on squeezing the pecs throughout the movement. Also, you want to make sure that the wrist and the elbow are inline so that there is no unnecessary force that makes you have to focus on the grip. If that makes sense.

I have an A and a B push workout. One starts with chest and the other (this one) starts with shoulders. I do however prefer this one because my chest is much more developed than my shoulders.
