i don-t understand. every time i weight train i just lose more weight. did this 3 weeks now and haven-t gained anything. everytime weighing myself before and after i lose a pound. then i eat a shit ton, gain 3 pounds, and all just goes away again. i don-t know what else to do!

I went to a gym yesterday I was doing some exercise with 3 kg dumbbells I don't know what happened but a guy shows up and says you don't have muscle he says eat more do quats and pushups I hate this guys. - because I am eating more but still he says

My issue is that I've only ever used dumbbells, and I've been doing that for like 2-3 yrs. I stopped making any progress a long time ago and I'm still very skinny. I wanted to start going to the gym, but then they all closed, so now I'm stuck.

To many exercises for an ectomorph. To many sets and reps. Good for a bigger frame, not a small frame. To aerobic and to many calories consumed.
