All you guys watching don't make my mistake. I spent 8 years doing it wrong! Just in the last year I've improved! Great tip Alain and I hope people realise that this is very very important if you want DEVELOPMENT in pecs!

whenever my arms are almost straight/lock, my shoulders will move upwards, does this means that i shouldn't press with full range of motion?
