The Best Time to Workout for Optimal Gains HappyTurtle: Is there anything you do to feel energised enough to workout in the morning? For me I need to at least eat something then wait an hour or two. Otherwise I feel like I have no blood circulation to my brain and muscles, like the muscles are still asleep and my joints feel a bit 'stiffer'. Thanks!

Thanks bro youre videos really helps alot. In my case i cant do it 1st thing in the morning because i always feel like i just went catabolic everytime i wake up. i need to eat like 2 or 3 meals before i start lifting. And 2 hrs after eating a meal for better energy.
