Ians: do you feel as though cycling carbs/macros on your rest days compared to your training day is beneficial to insulin sensitivity in putting on muscle while sparing overall fat gain? I think having rest days where your in a deficit (lower carb and higher fat, in contrast to being in a surplus on training days (high carb and low fat) would be a interesting approach and Ive been thinking about trying it out. have you ever experimented with anything like that? thanks in advance man. love the content Date: 2022-04-12
