Hardgainers: How to Gain Weight with Intermittent Fasting Michael: Good video, but I disagree with what you say about growth hormone. Research shows an increase of about 2000% or more when fasting over 20 hours. I personally do 20 hour fasts and have burned fat and gained muscle at the same time. I know this because my weight has not changed but my body fat has lowered tremendously. As far as insulin sensitivity, I agree, as I am a type one diabetic and fasting has greatly helped my blood sugar levels. I truly believe intermittent fasting can help anyone lose fat, it just takes getting used to. You will NOT lose muscle by not eating all day.

Great video. I have a question, if you had your last meal at 6pm, then do cardio in a fasted state at 5. 30am the next morning, and eat your breakfast a few hours later, would that also be classed as intermittent fasting? It's not 16 hours but close to it. Thank you

bro how can i do this if im in school
every day i wake up at 7am and go to school at 8: 15am untill 1: 15pm, when im in school i may only take a protein shake and a small lunch since i cant take a tupperware with rice and tuna on it, can you guys pls help me?

The first vid addressing skinny hardgainers with low appetite, we do exist. I have been considering IF for it's benefits but as a skinny hardgainer with low appetite I dont have the luxury it would seem going until 5, 6pm without food.
