That makes more sense; what if I have drink protein shakes at school will I be getting any bigger or eat and drink the shakes? Will that make a difference to my weight and my size?

Im about to start my cut marco hitting about 160g Protein 184g carbs 51g fat round about 1, 800cal a day losing 2lb of water weight would i still be maintaining muscle mass.
