Do you have any novice routines you could link or fit in the description? I'm a skinny hardgainer myself and looking for a good routine can be a pain when there's so many out there that claim they're the one and only routine that will work for skinny guys. Good video man, cheers.

Hey Alain I'm a lanky teenager (6'0 150) and I play high level sports 6x a week as well as school. I still want to hit the weights though and put on some size. Got any tips?

I don't go to the gym, I work out at home using a cable machine. Is this okay? I also have some free weights like dumbbells that I use for curls and back excersizes.
