The 4 Most Important Training Variables for Muscle Growth B3tterTh4nU: You mention studies on frequency of at least 2x/week being beneficial. Are there any studies on/why don't don't people simply workout every muscle every day, with a low daily volume, but similar weekly volume as a 2x/week program? E. g. go in and do 2 sets of presses, pulls, and legs, every day, adding up to 14 sets per week per muscle group, but with more consistent muscle protein synthesis throughout the entire week.

Awesome video - learned a lot today! So when you say 8 - 12 sets per muscle group if I'm doing 3 sets for example for chests we're talking about four exercises and that's it (4 exercises times 3 sets = 12 total sets?

Great video thanks! Does that mean that if we do 2 sessions per week per muscle group we only have to do 5/6 sets per muscles group per session? 12 sets per week seems not a lot

Due to medical conditions I am not allowed to lift too heavy. Does this mean I can't gain muscle mass or can I get bigger by doing more reps of the same weight. Cheers

Good video. It seems that ideally (training each muscle group at least 2x/week) one would need to spend 8-10 hours in the gym per week = No Life.
