On one hand we-ve got so-called fitness -experts- overcomplicating forearm training and making it seem far more complex that is really is. On the other hand, however, more and more minimalist trainers have gone the other route: claiming that building bigger forearms is as simple as deadlifting frequently and getting progressively stronger with heavy pulls. The truth, however, lies somewhere in the middle. Sure, there are those genetically gifted individuals whose forearms would grow from nothing more than some deadlifts and hammer curls, but they-re the exception. You see building a solid set of forearms doesn-t have to be this elaborate process where you perform wrist curls from all different angles. In this video I go over the basic anatomy of the forearms and their functions, and then I share the only 3 forearm exercises you need for mass. [TURBO CHARGED] PRE WORKOUT SUPPLEMENT!

Please do a video on muscle size-symmetry. I lift equal weights on both arms, but I can see my Right arm getting bigger than my Left arm. I'm right-handed by the way. How do I fix this?

Nice video brother. As you you know gyms are closed now all over the world. Can you make home dumbbell workout plan covering every muscle?

Gym is closed in Australia! So depressed. I have to work out at home. Do a video on home exercises without weights and machines

This reminds me of my gym. Not able to go for nearly a month due to lockdown. It's like my second home.
Really missing those days.
