I've two problems which I want to overcome.
1. I can lift dumbbells but bench press gives me shoulder pain (same weight, even the rod weight added)
2. I had bilateral gynaecomastia (now removed) due to which my left pec has curved towards inside (right was small so it's manageable)
Can Someone help. Height 6ft and weight 85

I-m just confused about my chest it-s well shape rounded and look like I have a little gyno in the nippled but I-ve not taken anything but creatine and protein. Not sure how to lose this fat but I-m 5-6 170 benching 335. Ive tried doing 225 for sets of 12-15 and it worked some but not 100%

It is a canard that you can isolate or target a specific portion of your pectorals. They have one origin and one splayed insertion point. The shape of you pecs is. natural and inherent. Work the chest as a whole. This is old nonsense.

Whoever you are, seeing your first clip of showing chest and like dog you seems breathing man. You need rest and get it learn from professional trainer how to do exercise. Stop making video and spoiling your own career.

Someone teach these guys how to keep their posture. when they are working out chest, why anyone to take advise from guys that look like they just started working out

I found the video helpful when explaining and showing the proper movements, but the guy in blue is just annoying and has put me off watching more vids

You can't round. your pecs. your shape is your shape you can simply enlarge the fibres. Good miss Information provided to the people here
