If you're looking to pack on dense muscle tissue and add quality mass to your frame, you need to Chris: Whey protein must be cold processed. If it is heat processed it will damage your kidneys in the long run. Cold processed whey protein is more expensive. That's why it is not popular and available everywhere. Nutritional yeast flakes are a far safer protein. There is also a rich supply of B vitamins in nutritional yeast flakes. Most weight lifters have kidney damage from heat processed whey protein, and the other low priced supplements they use. Take care of your body when you are young. Otherwise you will likely regret it if you don't when you are older.

dude, i eat pizza only and drink protein milk for years now. the rest is just micro nutrients from pills. high quality pills obviously, but still. and im at 10% body fat with a 27 bmi. the body doesn't need so many different macro foods. the micro nutrients are important. and hitting micro nutrients with pills is so much easier than eating a perfectly balanced diet.

Unfortunatly Beef Jerky has a lot of added sugar in it. A lot of good Protein and it taste phenomenal, but added sugar. 100 g / 275 kcal / 16. 5 g sugar (Jack Link's Original i. e) Still 41 g of Protein, but you have to keep the sugar in mind.

Glad to see greek yogurt on the list. Great protein source but also good for getting lean. Tastes like a desert and you can add oats to it to get those healthy carbs! One of my all time favorite foods. Great list here in this video in general

The body can't intake more than 30g of protein in one go. You would have to wait a couple of hours. So no point in having a 45g meal when your only gonna get 30g anyway

Greek yogurt can used as a substitute for mayo, with lemon juice and spices. It doesn't have to just be used to go with your fruit and cereal.

No animal products required at all, I-ve been building muscle on a vegan diet for a while now just as well as I did before.
