Triceps kickbacks aren't effective due to the way they incorrectly load the tricep Thanks to gravity its forcing all the weight down not horizontally instead DB kickbacks try implementing a Cable kickback a much more effective way to load the tricep because you'll have tension throughout the Entire ROM

This is a very excellent and brilliant video bro telling about only 3 triceps exercises for mass with dumbbells and keep it up and keep training hard and be positive and happy always but never give up on your dreams and be strong always and take care

Rope pressdown, skull crushers, ohp db press. I only do sc, rope. One day db kickbacks are effective next week they ain't. Diamond push-ups and close grip bench gets triceps too.
