The guy in the locker lol. The brain dump technique is good, sometimes I'm really bombarded with thoughts about the day and especially work and just writing down the idea helps me release the thought and calm down.

Too much blue light, not enough sunlight, caffeine, room temperature and mental chatter is what is sabotaging your sleep pattern.
