Awesome tips and reminders! Sometimes when watching these we really really have to be brutally honest with ourselves. Recently I've been back on track, however; I was kind of program hopping a little, but am working on fixing that mistake, and the other was my eating habits. I couldn't help but treat myself morso this past weekend because it was my birthday. But, I did just order myself some Pitch Black, and am eager to get on it when it arrives.

Training hard is an absolute must but you need to balance it with proper recovery, finding the balance betweeb both got me jacked as someone else might say train harder than last time

Hi I do remember you saying that it s ok to do the same exercises as long as intensity/strength increases. I tend to do the same routine. Thanks for the info.
