Having trouble consistently building muscle and losing fat? This will help break through any plateau. I broke it down into 4 simple mistakes that I see people make that holds them back or keeps them from making progress week in and week out. I will say the absolute biggest is diet. Most people don't focus on diet enough and that's the key to making sure that you're either building or dropping body fat

Ive got a bit of a problem with keeping motivated, I train hard everyday, but because of my job I prefer to use the OMAD diet, while I'm seeing good muscle definition I'm also trying to lose fat, I'm worried about my diet, I maintain a caloric deficit but I'm not sure how much protein a d carbs I should consume to not lose muscle mass during my fasted state. It's like I think I'm doing everything right for two months now, my weight has gone up (6lbs)but I see significant changes in my msucle mass. This diet stuff has me worried and confused and everyday I'm asking myself am I eating enough or this or am I eating too much?

you have good content and have a lot going for you. But you should outgrow vulgarity. Anyone can use the F word. It is usually kids that are fascinated it and think it is colorful. Actually, it detracts from your content and takes away from the veracity of content. It takes thought and a touch of class to speak without needing expletives. Rise above yourself. You have achieved much in physical ability and have a lot to offer. I hope you take my advice as is meant and consider it to increase your quality of influence.

In my opinion diet plan isnt enough for weight loss. If you want to lose fat and gain muscle you must use both, diet and workout. Going to the gym 3 times per week and stay in calorie deficit is more than enough. People have problem with counting calories and eating enough macros, but todays are popular online diet website which do all that things for you and its rly works. If you want to know, I personally used diet plan from website Dietarize and I made pretty good body transformation and lost belly fat.

Being sore is not a sign of a good workout or muscle growth, not that it can't be though. It just isn't right to say you should destroy your muscles every workout, without adequate recovery you will just break down more muscle than you can recover and actually lose muscle mass. And you should try to minimize the stress on your joints and tendons if you want to be able to keep hitting the gym. You can only continually make progress until you get an injury and need to take a break.

When I take steroids I don't even have to lift and I'll build muscle. If I also lift, in neglect of form, consistency or effort, my growth is out of this world. Any amount of training and progress _off_ steroids is going to take an extremely long time to produce results and I can't imagine anyone realistically grasping what works (off steroids) and what doesn't, as you just can't see the growth to make comparisons.

Hey Ryan, thank you for the great content. I was wondering if you had any exercises to hit the vastus medialis. I-ve been able to develop my upper quads and hams but the tear drop is there but only barely. I-m hoping I-m just doing something wrong and it-s not based on my genetics. As I-m not keen on turnip shaped legs.
I want it to look like my knee caps are growing tumours.
Cheers mate.

If you look at 100m runners that is how big your muscles can get without steroids. I can train so hard that my joints start to hurt and it goes away after a while and I still look normal. If you are younger you can train more before becoming exhausted but there is still a sweet point after which you do more harm to your body than good.

I'd really appreciate it If you dedicate a video to muscle training that requires no equips AND is friendly to someone who has bad knees as I truly respect your insight. (PS: I already took the first step of having a profesional supervise my knee strengthening exercises but I would love to hear your input on that too)
Thank you.

I watch your videos whenever I come across one. I'm coming back from cancer. I'm just getting to the point where I can consistently hit the gym three times a week. This is the start of week four of Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm watching my diet and hoping for results. Thanks.

I will never need anything in my life
Apart from this video
I would never get down on one knee for anyone, but for this guy, I would get down on both. Its not like it sounds, I just think I wouldn't have a choice after the work out. Thanks for the best motivational ever!
