For those jumping out of their panties after having tried these new variations. cool off, will ya?
It is always like this when you hit a muscle from a different angle. Everything -new- will work well - in the beginning, but muscles adapt quickly. What then?
Well, the principle of progressive overload as always, cannot be beaten as it is fundamental. No amount of variations through different exercises is going to make up for that simple yet fundamental principle.
If you don't know this simple fact, then you just don't have much experience in lifting weights.

I have a question, I would like to build my legs, but I have lower back issues -curved of the spine- squatting causes a lot of pain. I have thought about getting a hack squat or vertical leg press to make more leg focus on not put pressure on my lower back. Is there any exercises that I can do with free weights, where-s it not going to put pressure on my lower back or is my form shit.

I've picked up a lot of info watching Ryan, but the #1 thing is bringing INTENSITY to your workouts. I've certainly been guilty of going to the gym and playing grab ass. But why? You're at the gym! You should leave there thinking what have I done to myself. Thanks for kicking my ass and getting me out of my pansy ways. Keep growing.

Check out sean nalewanyj video on him. There several thing wrong with this video. One you should never have a whole workout dedicated to a small muscle like triceps. Most of your Tricep gains come from presses (dips, over head press, bench ) and you only need one isolation exercises on top of those movements to maximize growth. What a clown.

Kopening Ryan from the UK, great video again as always
Video - currently i am unable to train due to a trapped nerve, my dear god I-ve never experienced pain like it. Could you do a video on common injuries, how to avoid them, also how to make sure they don-t happen again though strengthening areas of the body
Thanks

Ryan, I would think for the many years you've been at this game you'd have to compound set or super set, ie two exercises back to back with no rest for you to get any kind of muscle soreness. Like the vids but their kinda stale by now. No info on sets, reps, rest, tempo, etc. Ahhhh, just must be a trade secret, oh well. Cheers!

more examples, less talking -- SLOW DOWN -- also do a motivational reel on arriving to the gym and not knowing where to start after missing a week -- or when your favorite machine or bar bell areas are full (yes it's happening despite the pandemic)
