so at the end of my chest and triceps routine today i figured i had some gas left - lets hit the shoulders - i started with rear delts since i immediately agreed with you on the, 'hitting them at the end and its all dogshit reps. ' that wouldve been one of the better shoulder workouts ive done and it was just a few rear delt moves, then 2 db ohp dropsets. worked like a charm.

Please could you do videos for skinny people like me for this split:
Chest triceps and shoulders dumbell only
Back and bicep dumbell only
Legs dumbell only
Where every muscle as possible is still going to be hit wanna get a body sort of like bruce lee hitting ebery muscle part as best as possible with dumbells

I dont buy this light weight crap. You were big from traditional exercises first now you're just pretending that these light weights is what has built you up. Like ronnie Coleman said everyone wants to be big but nobody wants to lift heavy weights- that's why so many people delude themselves to do these exetcise

I'm finding some of your shoulder workouts amazing for my recovery from rotator cuff surgery, particularly the dumbell workouts since my home gym is limited to dbs and an old Bowflex. Thanks for the help.

The second or third exercise reminded me of butterfly swimming; that is actually pretty cool.
Now, I just did shoulders today - so why the hell did I not find this video before that, hm?
