If you want to know how to burn thigh fat, we-ve got a secret to share. Most women ask how to lose thigh fat, and the answer isn-t what you-d think. First of all it-s not possible to lose leg fat without working to lose overall body fat. Also, don-t do thigh exercises thinking that-s going to help you burn leg fat. You might think that cardio is the right type of workout to lose thigh fat. But it-s really not the right type of workout for burning thigh fat. The best exercises to lose thigh fat are strength exercises because the more muscle you-ve got the more fat you burn. Even more so, if you can do strength exercises that are plyometric at the same time, they will help you lose leg fat and build muscle. Here are the exercises to help you burn leg fat that make up this complete workout for how to lose thigh fat. You-ll do these thigh exercises for 30 to 45 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this thigh workout. This is somewhat false. Every woman will be coming from a different place, and sometimes cardio while maintaining muscle mass is the way to lean out. High reps with light weights build muscle too. It should be mentioned that it just adds a little bit more of a cardiovascular element. The one thing this video got right is diet is the primary thing to focus on for anyone to make significant changes to their body, focusing on vegetables and protein. This video is just one of many things on the internet that leads to misconceptions and a lot of confusion about how to approach exercise to achieve a specific goal. Sure this is a good general workout specifically for less fit and muscular people, but workouts should be personalized at the end of the day. Also, plyometrics and anything ballistic shouldn't be suggested for people who don't know proper form. Athleanx with Jeff is so much more educational, and it's really disappointing that Athleanxx targeted towards women has a less scientific and softer message with oversimplified solutions, and it's a bit insulting to women.

Thank you so much for this, I love your videos! You're really good at explaining and provide holistic advice, so pretty much all I need in one vid. Looking forward for the next ones.
A question about what you mentioned - you recommend we do 4/5 rounds of each exercise, for around 30 to 45 seconds. I'm just wondering if it is ok to instead do the three sets of 12 or 15 reps for each as well? That's what I tend to focus on and haven't understood the difference between the two types. Is that what you mentioned tends to make you bulky (even with little to no weights? Thanks: )

Love this! Ty. as far as food goes. it's the biggest challenge, not eating enough left me in limbo with a layer of fat. trying to time out eating every few hours now and my weight has finally changed.

I thought it wasn't possible to spot reduce fat. Like you lose body fat overall by excersize and diet/calorie restriction. I may be wrong though.
