If anyone is watching this till this day and is coming for to the comments for help or if you dont feel right doing it. Now heres the first thing dont go into this thinking its going to be simple as just doing what hes showing you without any form or anything. Keep the form go slow maybe after a set drink some water and stay confident. DONT rush just trying to get any of the workouts over with thinking youll do it better next time try your best every workout and grow that muscle so its easier next time not you trying to do better form than the last sloppy form you did.

Look easy. went I try. very hard. after I take booster. rest in 2 week. and I start work out again. I still fat but I not give up yet.
