Believe it or not, your warm up can make or break your workout! There are so many workouts available to follow online but several of them lack a full proper warm up. Warming up gradually revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing blow flow to your muscles. This makes it way less likely for you to injure yourself or feel tight while working out. To warm up, gently use all the same muscles you plan to use for the fitness activity. The length of your warm-up will depend on how intensely you plan to exercise. Generally, the more intensely you plan to exercise the longer you will want to warm up. This video is 8 minutes long and is perfect for medium to high intensity workouts! The exercises in this warm up are as follows (2 ROUNDS): 1. March in place 2. March & swinging arms 3. Side to side jacks 4. Punch & opposite butt kick 5. Pike side taps 6. Kneeling thrust 7. Full Bridge & Toe Tap Make sure to save this video so that you can do it before every workout to come!
