Dry brushing is something that has always fascinated me, but it wasn't until after my pregnancy that i realized how much it could truly do for me! In this video I go over the 5 benefits dry brushing can have when you start doing it on a regular basis, and I answer some questions I encountered when sharing this method to my social media channels! Make sure you watch the video all the way through so that all your questions are answered about dry brushing, and if you are looking for a dry brush and have no idea where to start looking, here is a link to the dry brush that i purchased through Amazon that I really like

I have just been trying this cellulite tip -CelluliteFact. Com- for a few weeks at this point. I wasn-t hoping a whole lot from -CelluliteFact. Com- yet I had been busy and also made a decision to give it a try. I was blown away by the things i just learned. It proved helpful. I didn-t expect to have this result like this. You will not regret should you choose to test this. .

Thank you SO MUCH for not continuing to propagate the myth that dry brushing -releases toxins-! It was very difficult to find a video which didn't cite that as one of the benefits. If anyone else is curious, there's really nothing else you need to do to rid -toxins- from your body--your liver takes care of that perfectly well on its own!

I actually don-t need to brush towards the heart. There-s a superficial lymphatic system that we can trigger manually with brushing. but the deeper organ level lymphatic system is activated by a pump like circulation. and we can-t drain that ourselves. So brushing towards your heart or in straight lines is NOT necessary.

So I know you said that it helps blood flow after a workout. I-m usually a little -damp sweaty- after a workout, but I want to keep my blood flowing afterwards. Should I shower first and wait until I-m completely dry, or is it okay to just wait the day after my workout?

I'm going to get a brush TOMORROW. After 5 very large pregnancies, 5 natural (no drug) births, very dry diabetic skin, and a botched tummy tuck, I gave up on my -tiger stripes-. It would be nice to show some skin again and actually look like a cougar

I don't get why you are standing in the tub but in general I enjoy dry brushing - it's more realistic to do sitting in bed after waking up (at least for me.
