Im not finding answer for this question anywhere. hope you answer
So. if we stop IF. can we maintain it? Like with workouts? If yes, is working out for 3 times a week will be enough to maintain?
Can we eat junk food while IF?
Should we have to adapt slow eating or its okay if we eat like the way we used to normally and still maintain?
And how do we change our cycle depending on our situation?

Hi Jo I hope all is well on your end. I have a question about intermittent fasting. Is it breaking the fasting if I have a cup of organic no salt added chicken bone broth. 40 calories and 9g of protein at 6 am? I usually have that on an empty stomach? This is my first week doing the intermittent fasting. Last time eating is at 7pm then I eat at 12pm only having that bone broth- is this ok?

Not clear. So every how many hours do I have to eat? It sounds like 12 from the start of the video but then you say you skip breakfast and you have lunch around 1 and then dinner at 8/9 which are not 12 hrs a part. Can you give an example of a meals schedule?

So, if you workout in the evening during your fed transitioning to your fasted time time say like at 7pm to 11am will that fat. burning time increase because you are burning fat/calories? Let me know. Thank you for this video.

Great explanation of IF. Should be easy for me to do as I am never hungry when I wake up and don't ever want to eat until 3-4pm.
One thing, the background music was very distracting. Don't think it is needed TBH.

This was so helpful and easy to understand! I have recently started intermittent fasting but did not understand the natural -science- behind it and now I do! Thanks Jo!

I did 16/8 for 1 year. It was great. I recently stopped this September because I started grad school.
I'm going to start again, but do a 13 hour fast, instead of 16.

I would definitely like to know more about your experience and how you lost the 50 pounds, with typical -what you ate in a day- info too. Thank you for this video!
