Jason momoa\'s aquaman workout - Buff Dudes Chris: i love the informational videos - but you guys are already huge - have you ever trained anyone from average build or skinny build and seen their progression? I would love to look like Momoa but when I look at all of your super hero workouts, they seem to be missing pieces - like legs, chest, and abs in this video. (I mean I guess you could couple THIS video with the Chris Evans Video since that includes Chest at least) I'd love to see you transform someone with just ONE of these workouts and see what their results are. I think a lot of beginners look at this and wonder - do I just do this workout every day? or is there more? I would LOVE a full weekly workout - even it if encompassed using a combination of your current super hero videos - like. Momoa Mondays, Evansday (Wednesday) -Thors-day (on Thursdays, etc. (but hey, wishful thinkin on my part) keep up the good work though, i do enjoy what I have watched so far.

I-ve been binge watching you for days while I-ve been recovering from bronchitis.
I have a heavy antibiotic (prednisone) I-ve been on for the last few days helping me battle this. The side effects from this are pretty intense, I had to use it today.
I did this today but from what I-m seeing, I think I went a little overboard -. I did 7 rounds of 7, 6 rounds of 6 and 5 rounds of 5. OOPS -
That was fun and this is definitely something I-m now keeping in my training.
I-m going to be adding a lot more workout from you.

Umm, you all did this workout wrong. You're supposed to stick to one exercise for the 7x7x7. Once you finish that exercise you do the same for the next. Once done all the exercises in your circuit you start back over with the 6x6x6. You're not supposed to do go through every exercise at once. The point is to burn on one exercise at a time.

Another superhero workout and this one - originally performed by Jason Momoa - was a killer. Done in a circuit style it was a real change of pace and great for those on the go. Hope you dudes enjoy it - let us know which superhero to tackle NEXT! -Hudson & Brandon

So, every round actually is more a rest/pause set of specific reps and sets per round for each exercise before moving to the next one, rather than a mini circuit of all exercises for these specific reps and sets. its way more brutal in the first way.

Hey Buff Dudes great video! How long did this workout take in total. Not to mention, when using this program what is the best way to progressively overload. Wondering did you guys substitute exercises or use the same exercises but increase the weight?

Hey dudes question? I may have missed this but, how many times per week should we do this workout? Also for how many weeks should we do this, and when should we change the routine up? Thanks

I'd really love to see you guys tackle these same workouts but for a month, and measure stats to compare how well they work.
I wonder if that's feasible?

Hey guys, I know this is an old post but was wondering if this circuit could be done with slant bench and dumbbells only?
as this is the extent of my weight collection atm.

It states this segment is shoulders and arms day. I wonder how the other days are like. Unless it's the same concept of 3 rounds of 7, 6, 5 sets but different muscle groups
