Chris evan\'s captain america workout - Buff Dudes Paul: I don't really copy anybody's workout I really have like my own but I don't have the gym I really like to do cardio on the treadmill or on the bike I'm really not a big fan of cardio I'm a real fan of powerlifting and sculpting the muscles given if I have the right muscle rehabilitation drink I tried out one of your workouts and I believe it's Captain America one where you push the sled and you do the dumbbells and you do the rope I don't have that but I have a tire so I did something similar to it and it worked good the cardio is good I didn't get to do the bar cuz I don't have one and I'm doing it little by little I plan to do other workouts but I thought I would test this one out or make my own out of it it is a real good workout I know you all suggest workouts or tell people's work out so I tried it and it was real good I'm not even lying I maybe did two reps of it but I used the tire and I did the jump and I did the other things I have some equipment here but that I had to buy but it's real really worth it you guys know your s---I'm really going to transform that workout with my own it's just nice to test out other workouts like y'all do

I am curious why gym workouts always focus on slow lifts. Why would you want to be like a tank instead of a drone? Drone blows up tank before tank can rotate it's cannon. I would want to maximize power/speed over slow strength. Even the heavyweight MMA fighter champions are pretty close to the cutoff for their weight class. It's not like the heavyweight champion is some 400lb powerlifter. Sure strength/power are important, but if you got 2 ppl with enough power to land a solid knockout punch to the jaw the winner is gonna be determined by who is faster.

This is only part of the work out. Believe it or not the chris evans did acrobats, gymanstics, and focused a lot on his legs, back, and wing muscles. Back muscle gains push the rest of your muscles forward, so when you start to work out your chest you get that nice compact bulgey look. Leg work outs are for increasing testosterone considering it comes from your lower extremeties. There's clearly much more to his routine, but that's the jist. Nothing you do matters if you domt do the cap diet. Plays a big role.

How many times a week did he do this workout? I noticed not a lot of Bicep stuff. .. considering his biceps were quite impressive for winter soldier. ..
