Henry cavill\'s superman workout - Buff Dudes arun: Tell me one thing buff dudes why is the guy who came in the video at 3 minute and 10 seconds making so many faces I am in VIP faces while doing a squat or should I say front squat of only 40 kgs I mean I am only 75 kg maybe 175 LBS body weight I do 80 90 kg which is maybe 190 pounds are 200 pounds squad friends quarterbacks what I don't make faces like that I mean there is no need to make faces like that I just shows that how frustrated your all looks like it's that you are a bit constipated

I've heard it's not good on the knee to go past a 90 degree or so on the way down. True or false? After it extends past the 90, where your calve touches your hamstring, wouldn't it be all knee focused to bring you back up gain? Tendons and ligaments in the knee and so on being used way to much to bring you back up?

I don't scream -steroids- at every actor who gets buff (anyone can do it with with fifteen or twenty million reasons to be motivated, if you know what I mean, but I have my suspicions on Cavill.

tbh when i front squat i more hold it with my traps, that way i can hit quads and traps but I jsut focus with pushing on the legs so it gets the most work

about the front squats its hurting my wrist while performing it but iv got better result with it than back squats so any tips on how to avoid the wrist pain

Q: Why do you have to bend your wrist upward like that? Why cant you instead curl your arm over the bar bell to stabalize it?
That looks uncomfortable.
