Time to work that booty for 9 minutes to see faster results. I have also included in this video 13 tips on how to see faster results. There are several things that you can do within your workouts and after your workouts (in the kitchen) that will maximize your efforts when trying to build your booty! Here are my top 13 tips (make sure you watch the video for further explanation of each topic): 1. Activate your glutes 2. Squat lower 3. Put your weight in your heels 4. Change your squat stance 5. Use one-sided movements 6. Tilt your body when lunging 7. Use resistance 8. Isolation 9. Get explosive 10. Strengthen your core 11. Consume enough protein 12. Don't cut carbs- use the right ones 13. Exercise your glutes 2-3x/week Make sure to watch the entire video to hear my dive deep into why all these tips matter when trying to build a bigger booty! www. fitonomy. co Fitonomy code: JOHANNA

I honestly love the workouts. I am currently nursing and almost 3 months post partum and have been working out. I want to lose pounds and continue to nurse. I see you take protein powder, are you still nursing while taking it? I'm curious because I'm worried of how it may affect the baby and what's the best protein during this time period. I used to take Shredz, but the fat burners in it is definitely not safe for the baby. I hope to get your insight as a mom and wanting to be fit.

Love your videos! Thanks so much. I'm a 59 year-old woman who has been working out, but you'd never know it to look at me. I've decided from now on only to do your videos. I love how Bentley wanted to play ball with you! So cute. And seeing your husband with your son walking through, too. Thanks so much for all you do, you beautiful, generous, knowledgeable, positive, supportive person you! And did I mention gorgeous? You're quite that, too. Inside and out!

I love this video, especially when you explain every exercise how to do it correctly, also the what to eat to grow booty! I have questions when you do lounges and standing swing your legs which one is the working leg? Also how to keep your breast size or not shrink too much while working out? Thank you Jo always love working out with you! -

Thx for another great vid! Question, if I have more than one focus at the moment such as arms & glutes, how often do you recommend I do exercises like these for the glutes & your arm toning/slimming workout vid? I struggle with how often I do these & cardio as I still have about 30 more lbs to lose. Thx in advance for your input -

Hi! So glad I discovered you and I want to thank you for such great workout videos! I will never understand the woman who want a large butt! Don't know if that is a Kim Kardashian thing or what but I don't have any interest in that. I would just like videos on making it smaller or just tone it up!

Hey Jo! I enjoyed the ending very much! I-m very aware of the exercises and proper form for many exercises, however, diet has ALWAYS been my issue! Thanks for the pointers on Protein and Carbs! I-ll start to incorporate those immediately! You-re the best!

I-m new to you and am enjoying everything about your exercise routines. I-m especially enjoying the fact that you are explaining every bit of the exercise. How to do it and what it will trigger. I-m also loving your little doggie.

How can you modify the routines when you have a bad knee. I'm a person who doesn't like to exercise but I really enjoyed this workout. It wasn't too strenuous and I worked up a sweat
