I found you last Sunday and am enjoying the workouts I have tried. I started some that were too intense and then found others I could do. I am 65 years old and for the most part I can keep up with the ones I have tried. Touching the floor is the only thing I can't do if I want to keep up with you (I am about 4 inches from touching. Did you ever think about doing some workouts for senior citizens. Love your energy and personality. Keep smiling!

I'm new to the gang but I decided to be consistent with working out so I can drop this weight and be healthy not only physically but mentally. Only my second day and GIRL you kicked my butt. This was my 4th video. I started last week. I-m doing very random videos. Idk if that-s good or not? Lol I used to workout all the time and then I had 2 babies in 2 years. Now I-m starting over. Your videos have been so helpful in getting my body back into fitness without killing me and making me stop.

WOW! I'm 70 yo with arthritis! I completed this workout, with some moderations, and feel great. I thought that I would do half of it and the next time add to it. But I did it! Yeah me. can't wait until tomorrow! Have a marvelous Monday everyone.

This is my first time doing this workout and I got 17 mins In and couldn't keep going I had had a migraine for three days and was looking for a new workout routine and I am definitely going to keep using going after today with these routines.

62 yr old grandma, I've been doing these workouts for about 6 months. Really enjoy Jo's enthusiasm, I am able to do most of the exercises and only have to modify a few. Helps keep my diabetes under control.
