protein braaah. since this video is about protein, i thought id ask this. do u have any thoughts on what amount of protein is too much to eat per meal? I heard conflicting opinions. some say u shouldnt eat more than, say, 40 g per meal because your body can't absorb more than that per meal, some say this is just a myth. Any thoughts?

I always say eggs are just about the best food you can eat for getting lean or bulking. I did a video on how they are so good. This top 5 video is something everyone should be listening to closely.
