I was wondering what you do with the other end of the barbell when you're doing landmines / single arm rows in the other vid. Do you have a mount of some sort or stick it on the ground in the corner of your bench/rack? Do you wrap something around the end to not damage it?

Don't know if someone covered it in the comments but check the local scrap yards that buy metals. A lot of people don't think about it but you can buy from them too, at 8 cents a lb I bought my 2 50lb dumbbells for $8: P keep up the hard work guys you are a great inspiration and keep me motivated.

Hey dudes: D could it be that you concentrate better on an excercise without mirrors? I often see people in my gym that do excercises wrong only to look good in the mirror while doing it. like the guys who are looking sideways while deadlifting only to watch themselves (I specially hate them)

hey buff dudes I have a question about sets to reps o need some one two answer do you do only one exercise and all the sets to it or one set and all exercises the re-do it all
