My six year old son is doing this with me lol its so cute! He doesnt usually see guys on the tv screen when Mommy is doing her workouts. He wants strong muscles like you!

The bad thing here is the time. the excercising time is around 20-25 seconds, you should have implemented here 5-min breaks to give us some time to change the position

Woow very good exercise mu stomach very big i follow 5 videos every day i get body better but i must do exercise again
