This 25 minute upper body workout with dumbbells and bodyweight will test your endurance and help you to build strong, lean upper body muscles. This workout is broken down into 5 sets with 5 exercises per set. Well start out by working out the shoulders then the back, chest, biceps and well finish with the triceps. If you are looking for a great upper body workout at home, we've got you covered. For this upper body dumbbell workout, choose weights that are heavy enough to build strength but not so heavy that you cant complete each round. Move up or down as needed throughout the exercise to get the best possible workout for you

I really enjoyed that workout because its easy to adapt to your own level of fitness. The only exercise I cannot achieve yet are w press ups. A question, I have to strip off 12 kg of fat and reverse my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. I am doing 4 workouts in the gym each week. Should I aim to do the same 2 workouts for 6 weeks or change it around each time? I am considering two different upper body workouts and two lower.

Moving to a smaller home where I wont have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym. equipment - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.

U seem like doing just one set for each workout. is this enough to see a good progress? I am a beginner and i m curious in these workouts, so that i could follow this from next week

Those pushups at the end are my goal! Thanks for the workout Dan. Does anyone know the approximate calorie burn on something like this.

I love this routine. I would find it helpful to see the descriptions of whats next while I'm resting, vs, after the countdown starts.

Intense. My upper body is weak and worked out! I burned 136 calories as a 5'6 and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
